Rewards and Conditions

This referral arrangement is designed as a ‘thank you’ for referring us to your family and friends for the purpose of selling their property.

To ensure that we can thank you properly, the following conditions apply to the referral arrangement.

Conditions:

LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property reserves the right to decline to sell any property referred to us, and if this is the case, the referral fee will not apply. Should we proceed to sell or manage any property referred to us, the referral fees will be paid in the form of a pre-paid gift card 

The referral arrangement relates to properties listed for sale.

The fee applies to properties belonging to new clients to LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property, referred by someone who supplies the Name and Contact details of the prospective client (with their consent), prior to contact by LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property or a representative of LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property. The client must list, sell and settle the property through LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property. The gift card will be provided within 30 days of receiving cleared funds following settlement.
