LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property manages the Margate Self Storage facility located at 54 Bundalla Road, Margate. The facility is on a level allotment making access, parking, loading and unloading safe and easy.

Security is one of our top priorities hence there is 24hr video surveillance, security fencing and security lighting at night. There is also active vermin control measures in place.

Margate Self Storage has a wide range of storage solutions on site including various sized sheds with roller doors and a number of shipping containers. 

The facilities really can suit anything from document storage, household storage, cars, boats and most other things you might need to store!

3m x 1.5m: $130 per calendar month

3m x 3m : $200 per calendar month

7.6m x 3.8m $350 per calendar month (Roller door height 2.2m)

7.6m x 7.6m $500 per calendar month (roller door height 2.2m)

Shipping Containers

2.7 (9ft) x 2.1m: $200 per calendar month

6m(20ft) x 2.4m: $250 per calendar month

Access Hours: 7 am - 10 pm daily. 7 days a week
